No Refund Policy
All sales made on Cliq.pk are final. We do not offer refunds for any product once it has been purchased. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the product details and descriptions before completing their order.
No Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, particularly with perfumes and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
While refunds and returns are not supported, we take product quality and order accuracy very seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a resolution, such as a replacement (subject to stock availability) or store credit.
